Ok, well this sucks -- Missouri does not require licensing or bonding of collection agencies. I don't know whether medical debts are considered open-ended or written contract or what, but it looks like your SOL is going to either be 5 years or 10 years. I still think you should DV them right away just to buy yourself some time . If you can catch them in enough violations, maybe you can sue them for enough money to pay the debt, lol.
I guess next life I decide not to pay medical bills I'll move to a different state first...rats.
On my Equifax CR on almost all of my derogatory accounts it says account numbers not on record. Is that a good thing? Or is it a glitch because I have to go through CSC, or does it not mean anything at all?
