How can you get physical proof that the CA didn't mark it in dispute? If you pull your report it will say In Dispute, but that could just be because you yourself disputed it with the CRA....I'm in the same boat and want to catch my CA because I am not convinced they have reported the accounts as being disputed by me....Any tips?

Might be a nasty little trick to pull on them right before the issue goes to trial. Have the arbitration notice overnighted the day before your hearing.You would need to do it sometime before the pretrial hearing. Probably before the pretrial memorandum is due . Judges don't look kindly on changes that occur after that.
